Hi! I'm Shannon.

I'm currently the Director of Creative Services for News 2, an NBC affiliate in Charleston, SC, where I help guide the direction of multiple award-winning special programs. When I'm not focused on building brand awareness for News 2, I'm a Freelance Videographer/Editor and Certified Personal Trainer.

I began my career in higher education, and I consider myself a "forever student" and fast learner. Seeking out new challenges and opportunities for personal growth is my passion.

While a relentless work ethic and determination have been big factors in my successes, I find my adaptability and interpersonal skills to be my greatest strengths. My normal day might include anything from leading my team's activities or meeting with partners in our community, to videography, editing, graphic design work, or even stepping in as on-air talent.

I have a competitive, yet mindful approach that's informed by my background in brand strategy, visual design, and community relations. As a leader, I value and promote creativity, open communication, and team building. I believe that happy, fulfilled people make enthusiastic and productive team members.
